Deadlines for bookings: Bookings should be made by 1st of August.
After this date, the prices for admissions will increase to £36 for members and non members. £16 for Students Field trips to Gower and Brecon will be £20 per head.
This needs to be booked separately by the delegate.
Cardiff has a wide variety of hotels, hostels and guest-houses at a range of prices, which can be booked through the usual on-line resources. Most of the well-known hotel companies are represented. It is recommended that delegates look for reviews and ratings such as those at Tripadvisor to decide which would suit them best.

Budget accommodation:
A new YHA Youth Hostel has opened in Cardiff city centre with parking and private rooms, close to the rail and coach stations. www.yha.org.uk/hostel/cardiff-central. This is approximately a 30 minute walk from the conference venues. It has dorm rooms, en-suite double and family rooms ranging in price from £16.
